Glad to see a social hang out spot, with good food, open on a Sunday in downtown Wilmington. This place is brand new, so it wasn't very busy but it was inviting all the same. Tried the Indian place, and was happy with the fresh flavors. Will definitely be coming back here to try the other places.

Great place to have lunch! Even for vegetarians. They even have different events that capture a sense of nostalgia! (The Seinfeld Quizzzo Night). Also for it to be downtown I always find parking.

This review is for the coffee shop in the center of the food court at Chancery market. At first I tried going to the Convenience store on the same floor for a Starbucks double shot coffee, but the store was closed. I remember seeing a coffee stand inside the food court. So I figured I'd give it try. Any espresso at this point, is a win! I will have to say though I got a iced macchiato, with a little bit of caramel, and it was delicious!! No added sugar needed. It came with whipped cream! They did a very good job with this drink! I would rather come here for my espresso from now on, if I didn't live 20 minutes away!! I will be coming back anytime im working at the screening room downstairs! Thanks again!!

This is quite a nice indoor food market in Wilmington conveniently located near the Hotel DuPont and Rodney Square. It is very open, comfortable, and clean. I went there because the Wilmington Chess Club meets there every other Sunday afternoon. Recommend.

A fun place to go eat when everyone in your group wants a different type of food. We enjoyed the live music tonight with our granddaughter. She was able to enjoy herself and move around the space freely. Children with lots of energy may have trouble sitting a long time at restaurant table. She was the only child there, and no one seemed to mind her being a kid.

Great atmosphere with a HUGE patio, extensive bar and food to satisfy most tastes. Love coming here on the weekends, ordering empanadas from Ground AF and hummus from the Mediterranean spot, along with a couple of cocktails.

Convenient place to hang out and several food and snack options next to the Residence Inn. 5 Restaurant type places, a cafe and a juice bar. I walked in on a Thursday in the middle of a Trivia game with lots of people participating. There’s also a big bar counter serving beer and cocktails. I got chili hot dogs & curly fries from Market Street Burgers & Dogs the first night, very good and Chicken Tikka from the Kati Roll Wala the next night, also pretty tasty. Usually I’d sit at the bar and socialize but I’m here for training and not drinking until next month. Great spot to hang out if you get bored sitting in a hotel room. Check out the pictures for the other food options.
